Global Running Day is June 1st, and we're celebrating with a FREE track workout at Marquette University's Shimek Memorial Track.

Global Running Day is June 1st, and we're celebrating with a FREE track workout at Marquette University's Shimek Memorial Track.
This event is on June 1st at 5:30PM, and will be led by our Lead Instructor Ricardo Contreras.
We will be raffling off an LSKD Rep Tight and Rep Short to two lucky winners, and all participants will receive a complimentary beer at City Lights Brewing after the workout!
All fitness levels are welcome, please bring a water bottle or sweat towel, and wear comfortable walking or running shoes.
