Join us every Tuesday at 6:30pm! You can meet us at Estabrook Park, or join us on Instagram Live! One of our FEAR captains will warm us up and then we will get going! Join our group, FEARMKE on the Runkeeper app to connect with other members!
2022 Waiver Form must be completed by ALL runners, even if you've run with FEAR in the past.

Powered by Social X MKE’s Health & Wellness pillar, FEAR MKE (Forget Everything and Run) empowers young professionals of color to embrace a healthy and active lifestyle by running! F.E.A.R. is a diverse run crew who focuses on bridging the fitness gap in Milwaukee by introducing running as a method of being active, staying fit and, in turn, building relationships with others. F.E.A.R. is not just geared toward the “traditional” runner but all levels of running – experienced, new and those still on the couch. Diversity is key and making sure all runners, especially Black runners, are represented.
