Open to everyone, this Karma class will honor all mothers: your mother, you if you are a mother and Mother Earth. Celebrate Mother’s Day by moving your body through a gentle 75 minute flow focusing on postures that ground, nourish and feed your soul. All donations to benefit Planned Parenthood. Taught by Sarah Filzen, eRYT.
