Dia de los Muertos Festival & 5K Run Walk

Dia de los Muertos is one of Mexico’s traditional holidays reuniting and honoring beloved ancestors, family and friends. Forest Home Cemetery & Arboretum opens its gates and welcomes the community to take part in a family friendly free festival with food trucks, craft activities, local vendors, altars to the dead, music and traditional dance.

5K Run & Walk sponsored by Children's Wisconsin starts at 9 am

Bring the whole family (and your leashed dog!) to this festival in the city's largest and oldest operating cemetery. Traditonal Day of the Dead attire is encouraged and free face painting is available.
