How to Secure a Space to Sit and See the Show
The best way to see the show is to bring a lawn chair or blanket and stake out space in one of the tiered seating areas. Optimist Theatre does not provide lawn chairs or blankets.

There are two multi-tiered seating areas – an upper (above the bike path) and a lower (closer to the stage). These seating areas are built into the hillside facing the amphitheater. Some tiers are flat and good for lawn chairs. Some tiers are sloped and only good for blankets or other flat lawn seating. These spaces will be marked and ushers will help guide you.

Upper tier space is available to you any time you like. Lower tier space is available for people in the queue. People will begin queuing up as early as 6:00 p.m. We open the queue to select your seating space at about 7:00 p.m. each evening.
